Use of Google Analytics
If and insofar as you have given your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, i.e. text files stored on your computer that permit analysis of your usage of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is normally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Due to the IP anonymisation enabled on these web pages, however, Google will first truncate your IP address within Member States of the European Union and in other signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be consolidated with any other data held by Google.

For more information on terms of use and data privacy, please visit https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and https://policies.google.com/?hl=de.

Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to analyse your usage of the website, in order to prepare reports on website activities, and to provide further services to the website operator that relate to website and internet usage.

The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. Deletion of data whose retention period has been exceeded takes place automatically once a month.

Revocation of your consent:
You can prevent tracking by Google Analytics on our website by clicking this link. An opt-out cookie will thereby be installed on your device. This will prevent data collection by Google Analytics for this website and for this browser in the future, as long as the cookie remains installed in your browser.

You may also refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Moreover, you can prevent Google from recording or processing the data generated by the cookie that relate to your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available via the following link: Browser Add-On to disable Google Analytics.

Embedded YouTube videos
We embed YouTube videos on our website. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereinafter referred to as “YouTube”). YouTube, LLC, is a subsidiary of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). Whenever you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, a connection to YouTube servers is established. Thus, YouTube will be informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can correlate your surfing behaviour with your person. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.

When a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behaviour.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by YouTube can be found in the provider’s data privacy statements, where you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Revocation of your consent:
No option for a simple opt-out or blocking of the data transmission is currently being offered by the provider. If you wish to prevent tracking of your activities on our website, please revoke your consent for the relevant cookie category or all technically not required cookies and data transfers in the Cookie Consent Tool. In this case, however, you may not be able to use our website, or may only be able to use it to a limited extent.

Social plugins

Type and purpose of the processing:
We offer you the option of using so-called “social media buttons” on our website. For protection of your data, we rely on the “Shariff” solution in the implementation. As a result, these buttons are integrated on the website only as a graphic that contains a link to the corresponding website of the button provider. By clicking on the graphic, you will thus be redirected to the services of the respective providers. Only then will your data be sent to the respective providers. Unless you click on the graphic, no exchange takes place between you and the providers of the social media buttons. Information on the collection and use of your data in the social networks can be found in the respective terms of use of the corresponding providers. For more information about the Shariff solution, please click here: http://www.heise.de/ct/artikel/Shariff-Social-Media-Buttons-mit-Datenschutz-2467514.html

We have integrated the social media buttons of the following companies on our website:

Google AdWords
Our website uses Google conversion tracking. The company operating the Google AdWords services is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. If you have accessed our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google.

If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can detect that the user has clicked on the ad and been redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies thus cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information whereby users can be personally identified.

For more information about data processing by Google, please see Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. There you can also change your personal data protection settings in the data protection centre.

SSL encryption
In order to protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
